Rodney graduated magna cum laude from University of Texas Health & Science Center at San Antonio, with B.S. degrees in Dental Laboratory Sciences and Dental Laboratory Management in 2000. 

He became certified with the National Board for Certification in Dental Laboratory Technology specializing in Orthodontics in 2003.

Rodney has over 25 years experience in the dental field, having worked in orthodontic offices and labs across Texas. This has provided an invaluable experience on how to understand each doctor's custom treatments for their individual patients.

​

Working as the in-house technician in an orthodontic office, allowed Rodney to manage a lab case and the use of fabricated appliances as the patients progressed through their treatment plans. This also provided an opportunity to hone the skills needed that better serve the doctors, as well as the patients.
